I changed my mind. This is more like a fear-monger propaganda than a good researched material.

 

Yes. If you could print a life saving medical device, it could print a gun.

 

But knowing people who are mostly harmless, it is not good to be so fearful of what technology like 3D printer can do.

 

As his background is in law enforcement. He see the world of crimes and dangers that are really disproportionate to reality. 

 

Technological arm race? Seriously?
