More weird stuff... for we couldn't get enough

More Weird Things Customers Say in Bookshops - Jen Campbell

After finishing the last one Weird Things Customers Say in Bookshops, I started this one next.

If you like this stuff, do checked out Petra X review of the above book. She has a bookstore and a lot of good stories of her own.

If you live in her city, buy from her bookshop.

This is so funny.

Samples:

CUSTOMER: I’d like to talk to you about God.
BOOKSELLER: I’m sorry but I don’t discuss religion with our customers.
CUSTOMER: Are you denying God? God could be anywhere! What if I’m God – do you risk denying me? (Pause)
CUSTOMER (glaring angrily): God’s everywhere, lady! He’s probably hiding behind this bookcase!

(Elderly female customer is looking at the chart)
CUSTOMER: I can’t believe everybody’s reading this Fifty Shades …
BOOKSELLER: I know. I take it it isn’t your cup of tea, then?
CUSTOMER: Oh, no dear; been there, done that – no need to read about it!

Conclusion.

Still funny. Not as good as the last one. I prefer the jokes from the same persons at the same bookstore.

It is good to have a laugh now and then. Enjoy.
