Helix. I watched the pilot and it is pretty okay. Familiar faces with both Japanese and American actors. The script is sci-fi but not too far off. 

 

Kind of procedure and detective nature of the CDC.

 

Brain chemistry could make a person psychotic. But the control is a bit too complete, with acting out in intelligent and then instinctive at the same time. More like a Thing, without replacing the actual person.

 

I would say I would watch it. There isn't much on TV that I would watch now, so Helix would be one of them, at least for the next two weeks.
