Lost in a Good Book is a book written for readers

Lost in a Good Book - Jasper Fforde

And that's us.

Read this long ago. Still remember how Thursday Next going in and out of the book world looking for clue and talking to fictional characters.

How the writer set up the scene is good with lot of humors. Plot device is actually written out. And fictional characters are free to do whatever they like as long as they don't deviate from the story. And there where the detective comes in, to sort out the stories and maintain integrity of the original story. And you could walk into a book world in the background scene without interrupting the story.

How cool is that?

Enjoy.
