Will Bobie going home and run into more killings and killers
Will Robie has accidentally killed a kid based on bad intelligence. He had problem to do his job because it haunted him.
Now, his boss, only referred to as the Blue Man give him leave and asked him to visit his father that he had not seen or talked to for twenty years.
His father was the judge and he was now in custody waiting for his trail for murder.
A local drunk and troublemaker was killed because he imposingly has cheated on had spent the night with the judge's wife.
Now he was not welcome to where he was from.
He father Dan was a violent asshole.
His has now got a hot new stepmother and a younger brother Tyler.
The more he wanted to get to the bottom of this, the more violent persons turned out. Some just wanted to mess him around a bit. While other go directly into shooting.
Lucky that Will is someone not only could fight back, but shoot back too.
Now he needed help. So his long trusted partner Jessica show up and watched his six.
The two are running around following leads.
But not really have a clue. His father Dan was still the jerk and wouldn't be too helpful.
The event also involved pedophile, blackmailing, and young sluts getting into the sex trade.
There are just so few good persons around.
I thought this is going to be boring and they just to sit around talking about feelings.
No. A lot of actions. A lot of shooting and get shot at.
So, something that I like.
The only part I don't like is the hypocritical characters who go to church but tricked children to be molested. Kind of sick.
Overall, a good read. The later part is better as there were more actions.
Solid 4.5 read.
