Myron is going into golf and have to investigate without Win

Back Spin - Harlan Coben

Win is at the US Open and invited Myron.

Myron is there to talk to some potential clients, golf new stars.

Someone asked for his help. Win's mother recommended him.

Someone kidnapped Jack and Linda's son Chad. It might be a kidnapping, it might not. It is for Myron to find out quietly without alerting the police or the media. Jack is in going for the champion.

The story twists and turns. The most interesting being Win refused to get involved because he wants nothing to do with his uncle or his mother.

Win has stopped talking to his mother since he was eight. Something happened and Win refused to talk about it with Myron.

Myron also has to question how much he like Win being the vigilante. He didn't rejected the violence when it is of his advantage. So he shouldn't bother him when he did it on his own. Win need to do the right thing on his own, with or without Myron.

It is moving and give Win an origin story, and it strengthen the bromance story that make the bond better and Win more human.

Nicely done. Another 4.5 stars read.
