Wonderful children adventure book
Another wonderful book by Oliver Jeffers.
A boy found an airplane in the closet.
Of course he has to fly it, all the way to the moon.
He did run into trouble, the plane was out of fuel.
He met another person in trouble, an alien, who crashed to the moon when his engine failed.
So, the boy climbed down from the moon, get what is needed at home, but he did what any boy would do, he rests for a while and watch some TV.
Then he climbed back up, helped the alien and flied back home.
Good for read out loud and share with a child. Or read it for the child at heart.
